Created and managed by the Estate of Jeremy Michael Berman, this initiative exists to tell Jeremy’s story, preserve his legacy, and advocate for his final wishes to be respected.
JEREMY BERMAN’S STORY
Jeremy Berman was a visionary craftsman.
Known for his work with Orange County Drum and Percussion (OCDP) and as the founder of Q Drum Co., Jeremy helped elevate the craft of custom drum building. His handmade instruments are trusted by leading musicians around the world, valued for their uncompromising quality and innovative design.
Beyond his work as a skilled drum builder and technician, Jeremy was a loving fiancé to his longtime partner, Brandi Booth, and devoted father to their daughter, Brixton Berman.
Jeremy died on January 9, 2023, after being diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer.
Brandi and Brixton were by his side.

JUSTICE FOR JEREMY BERMAN WAS CREATED BY THE ESTATE OF JEREMY MICHAEL BERMAN TO UPHOLD HIS TESTAMENTARY RIGHTS, HONOR HIS LEGACY, AND ADVOCATE FOR JUSTICE.
We will continue speaking out, honoring Jeremy’s truth, and fighting for justice.
This initiative is for informational, advocacy, and activist purposes. The opinions expressed here are our own.
Testamentary rights generally refer to:
• the right to leave final wishes in a valid will
• the right to have those wishes honored and carried out

Defending Jeremy’s Estate through years of probate was costly. Probate has since concluded and Jeremy’s Will was upheld, but related civil litigation continues, bringing significant additional expenses for Jeremy’s chosen representative and Executor.
